Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@culturesfood.com with your Order ID, clear photos of the product & packaging.
Our team will verify and assess the issue.
If eligible, we will offer:
A replacement (preferred)
Or a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Change of mind or taste preference.
Opened or partially consumed products.
Incorrect storage of products after delivery.
